Increased bill additional text and call charges

I've just received my sky mobile bill and there are additional charges related to 3 texts send and additional call charges. Can you confirm what these relate to and also confirm that my payments are up to date. Thanks

As we are customers here only then all we can say is that they must be to numbers that are not included in your package like premium rate numbers, have you Googled the numbers themselves to see what you can find ?
