Swap problem
I'm in process of a swap to a new phone. I have removed old phones from iCloud except one which has been erased and is still connected to iCloud till September. I think this is delaying the swap. I need to talk to someone at Sky but can't get by the robot. .Any ideas?

Hi @Phil230 if you call sky on 150 from a sky sim and when connected don't speak and you should get through to someone.
