Piggy Bank

I want to roll over my data but when I try to log in it says I am ineligible to view the page and to sign in, but when i try ot sign in it says I am already signed in! I don't know what to do. Please help.

Hi @Charlie2683  is this happening when you use the my sky app ? If so then call sky on 150 for help.
