Swap phone

I want to swap my phone which is eligible when the 16 pro max comes out, i had to get an insurance claim on my exisiting one so it is a different colour / imei is this still okay?

I would assume Sky would be expecting the original phone back and not one supplied from elsewhere...

@caesarome strange if so , what happens if you get robbed ? Mines grade a just blue not the original natural.

What you could do is to give them a call tomorrow to see what they say ?

Hi @Tommeredith95  i woukd give sky a call on 150 and explain and ask them to update the imei of your phone on your account.
