Unable to activate my new sim

I have purchased a additional SIM on my mobile account,   it arrived nearly a week ago  eveytime i log into my account to activate, it says
 
"Not quite ready

We're just getting your plan ready, please check back later."

There have been a few people reporting the very same issue today so all you can do @Brock24 is to call Sky as they should be able to activate the sim for you.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Thank you,  I contacted them,  not great service so far,  9 days to get my sim activated, It took 5 hours chatting to actually activate it, but can't use until after midnight Friday.(Charged from yesterday), and then they set it up with different privelages to what I had signed up for,  I have to wait 5 days to talk to someone about that. All in all a pretty poor service
