Sky will give a value for your phone and provided it's in good condition then that will cover the remainder of your contract for that device. You order your new phone and when you get that one you send your old phone back and once it's checked the value will be confirmed, if the value isn't enough to cover what's owed then the difference is added to your next bill to be paid in one. If you are swapping before the swap window then again any difference in value is added to your next bill.

What ever cost will come of old divice it will be added to the next bill after minus the remaining balance. That amount I have to pay in full. After that I don't have to pay anything?

For the old device, no. However, you'll have to pay for any new device (and associated dataplan).

if it's says that your estimated phone value is 363
and remaining balance is 646
and estimated cost of phone swap is 283 it means that I have to pay this amount only no other charges except my insurance and sim charges right?

That is correct as the £283 will be added to your next bill and will be paid via that so you just pay for the sim and insurance.

Not unless you stop it as it will not stop automatically.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreJust to be a clear a 'swap' involves trading in your old phone and taking a new phone.
As described above the trade in value is subtracted from the remaining credit and is payable. But you have to take a new phone contract (and pay for it accordingly).
Is this what you are trying to do? (As you seem to be suggesting you won't have payments?)
