Swap issue

I had 14 days to return the old mobile. On day 9 I posted it back using the tracked packaging which however has not moved with Royal Mail since last Wednesday. I'm now beyond the 14 day limit. Also what happens if Royal Mail lose the phone!?

As long as you can show you return it via the proof of posting receipt then you have done your part so it will be up to Sky to chase this up with Royal Mail should they need to.
