I swapped both my phone and my wife's. My wife's was a pre-order to the iPhone 15, which arrived on Friday. I have now erased and was ready to arrange collection, but the ID will not work on the Royal Mail website. I managed to send mine back no problem last Monday.
What happens in this instance?

It's Sky who issue the returns label.
I will call them both in the morning. It just seems this entire saga of swapping devices has been a farce. First my new phone drops WiFi and Sky don't care, and now this.

For anyone finding this with a similar issue, I had to call Sky and they are sending another package with a new returns label.
Can only guess the individual who sent the original, did not register the label before shipping - that is an assumption, and not fact.
