Can't connect to mobile data while abroad

Just landed in Lanzarote and unable to access my phone data. Roaming is on and I've gone through all the help menus from sky and still can't connect. Wondering if it's my phone that's the issue. Google pixel 7 pro. Anyone else have this issue?

Hi @John94  yes others have been having issues especially in Lanzarote and Spain. Sky are looking into it but no solution yet.

Same here for Lanzarote. I've tried ALL of the steps in the help, adding the network myself, turning the automatic Network selection off, all three networks say I can't use them with my sim card. My sim refreshes every minute or so. I keep getting asked for my phone number every couple of minutes for the text message app. Is there a solution?
