Swap 24

I have been trying to swap my device as I have a 36 month contract and have hit the 24 month limit where I can swap, however it keeps saying I am not eligible to upgrade. Why is this and how do I change it?

@Libs1234 You will have to contact Sky by phone to see why you're not eligible.

As stated above you will have to call Sky on 150 for help with this.
