With swap 24, is the box that the new phone comes in, the box that we have to return the old one in or do we have to wait for sky to send an envelope as their email says.

Hi @NorfolkNige you use the box that the new phone came in, there should also be an address label in there somewhere, apparently it's small and difficult to find !
