I am able to log in to my sky account, but each time I click on 'manage' to view my account, I just get a black screen. Tried seeking help online, but the pages send me round in circles.

Thanks for replying, I've tried different browsers and devices, the app lets me sign in but if I click on 'billing' for example, it says something went wrong and then 'the page is restricted.' It appears that I haven't been set up correctly for online access.
