Suspected scam

I am being called by a sky rep on a London number telling me that my SIM card is to be replaced. All ok until they wanted me to change my password and got very irritated when I suggested to call back later so I could check authenticity. Would be nice to speak to sky to confirm whether this is happening. Anyone else had same calls.

This is a well known scam so what information did you give them regarding your Sky account ?

Hi @sweeney1  this is definitely a scam, there have been quite a few reports of this lately. Hang up and ignore, try blocking numbers too.
