Strange Problems with phone - flashing /twichy screen

Strange things happening to my phone twitching and not allowing me to send emails and a loud continuous sound when making calls! This has gone on for over a year!!! I need to speak with someone asap!

There's different numbers on Google- I don't want to call the wrong number! It happened a couple of years ago to me where the scammers even sent me emails from Sky with their logo and everything!

Thankfully,  I decided to call 150 to sky to check if it was legitimate - and that's how I found out that is was a fraud hatching.  We stop the purchase they'd made over a £1000+

Thanks,  but I already did  it does not work... it rings to some business asking me to give them my area code. I gave it to them before realising that it was a random company,  not Sky!

I just tried the 150 again and this time it worked 😤

This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers. You haven’t actually contacted Sky by posting on here.

From a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline just dial 150 as already stated a couple of times.
