Stop texts not being delivered

I want send a stop text to 83767 and keep getting a delivery failure. I have set my monthly spend cap to £100 and I still get a delivery failure. This happens with other 5 digit numbers also.

Are there any settings to change to allow these texts to be delivered?

Hi @Bocajunior  i would call sky on 150 so they can look into this for you.
