problem with order

Asked to swap and now days delayed and need to call up sky .. I did that they said give it 48 hours then your device will be sent still nothing .... what shall I do because this swap is not working Please help me someone

Your post isn't very clear so are you saying you did the swap online and your account says you need to call Sky for an update ?
