Still waiting for repair replacement for iPhone 16 pro

I bought the 16 pro and it worked perfectly for 1 month. It developed a logic board/battery issue so I was told to send it back. A new one would be sent out to me (1 to 2 weeks?!?)..... it's been 2 weeks. Please!! Where's my replacement!!

I would have thought it would be sent of to be looked at to see if it can be repaired and only if it can't will a possible replacement be sent,
