Still paying for old device that was stolen
My iPhone 13 was stolen about 6 months ago. I got a replacement SIM however, I had to buy a new device outright with my own money. On my bill, I am still paying £35 a month for a device I don't have. Any help? I also want to get a new phone, but I don't want that to be added onto my bill and end up paying for 2 phones, one that I don't have. Any help??

Re: Still paying for old device that was stolen
That's correct. Just because a device is stolen or lost the repayments for it still have to be paid. Sky don't just write it off.

Hi @mangoohann unless you have insurance you could claim on then as advised the debt remains and you are responsible for it.
