PAC code entered but number issued by Sky which is unused remains on phone..
I bought a Sky mobile but kept my original number which is working properly. However, in Settings, the Sky issued number remains stated as my primary number. I am receiving calls and texts to my original number but I'm looking for advice as to how the unused number can be removed.

Hi @StephenMcM try this.
Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.
