Still havent got my number transferred from Eir

Signed up to Sky mobile Ireland.Activated sim and received code to my old number to transfer from Eir.After several phone calls and same lengthy process each time my number is still not transferred.Each time Im told on the phone that my transfer is active I get an email from Sky saying its paused and each time I phone to do process again I get same email.Can someone advise me please coz 50 mins to an hour being passed around the Indian Service center to be told its done each time is frustrating and expensive as im now paying Eir and Sky

Did you ever get sorted with this, I'm having the exact same issue a d after 5 days or trying and being passed around the call centre I'm still in the same situation

Hi Aidan,

I had 3 numbers to transfer from Eir.Everytime I contacted sky to transfer them I had an email in regards to each number saying transfer was paused.I went into my product settings for each number and transfered them individually.Took about 15 minutes.Eir sent me sms saying it was done.Hope this helps.Very frustrating.

Thanks for the reply. I've two numbers to transfer.  When you say you went to product settings do you mean on your sky account or on your phone settings. Sorry that might be a silly question

Sorry Aidan,I went to product settings on sky account.then manage sim and transferred my num from Eir.I entered my eir number.Eir account number.Entered that i only had 1 number in eir account and then code was sent to my phone.I did that process for each number i wanted to transfer

I did as you said late last night and just literally 10 minutes ago I got an email from eir acknowledging the move. I want to make a call and confirm the number change but all looks good so far. Thanks a million for your help
