New sim

Hi I've just activated a new sim for a new mobile account. Brand new. He's got a 50gb data packaged but straight away it says he's only got 35.66 gb remaining. He's not even inserted the new SIM card until his numbers transferred. Any ideas.?

Hi @Jules0408  in your first month it's pro ratered as your first bill will be in about 2 weeks so you don't get the full amount until your next billing period.
