Still can t activate my sim card keeps telling me to link sky id then says already linked i

I ve been trying to activate my new sim card from sky but it tells me to link ID which I do then says sky id already linked go to mobile home page which do, then activate sim and back to link idit goes. I Don t have access to another phone at this time.
