the online system won't let me change my email address. keeps saying "cant change email address"

I urgently need to change my email address as I wont have access to the existing one in a few days. The online system keeps telling me i cant change it at the present time. How can I change this?

Hi @bevH  if you can't change it online then call sky on 150 so they can do it for you.
