Hi there,
I've tried calling several times but it says there's staff training. Do you know when this is due to finish?
I've ordered a phone that's going to the wrong address so need to cancel urgently!

Update: Have scoured the internet and no information anywhere as to when the training finishes. And tried several ways to call and can't get through.

Tried calling myself, its a shame they don't point out the training on the 1st IVR message, rather than "we have a wait time of over an hour", and then after accepting that you are told they are training.
