Split with the account holder, need to pay for a mobile handset that i purchased 2 years ago. Because the account holder didn`t put a password on the account,Sky will not take my payment.
Have tried "My SKY" app but because there are 2 accounts at the same address,it defaults to the main sky tv account and doesn`t have the option to change the account number so that I could pay it online. Have tried ringing them(when eventually found the number) but the system doen`t recognise my card number as i punch in the numbers.
HELP!!!!!!!!
