Why has he reached his spend cap when calls and text are free ?

Not all calls and texts are 'free'.

Hi @Mishyb12  roaming overseas costs extra, has he been abroad ? Called premium rate numbers ? Entered phone competitions ? The bill will show any extra charges.

If you have set a spend cap is it high enough to cover the stay in whatever country you are in.

We need detail.

 

For clarify, inclusive calls are:

"calls and texts to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man landline (01, 02 and 03) and mobile (07) numbers only."

 

Calls to service numbers, such as 084, 087, 09 and 118 are chargeable.
