Lost SIM

I've lost my SIM card. The Lost or Stolen Sky page tells me to "Get the account holder to call us", but how am I supposed to make calls without a SIM? This is my only phone, I have no landline and live alone so using someone elses phone will be a pain.

 

I opened a chat with a Sky "expert", but he just repeated the help page. 

 

Is there a way to report a SIM lost and order a replacement without making a call?
