Spend Cap & Data Reset
Hi,
I have four sims with Sky for each member of the family.
I just received my bill and there's a 95p extra charge for a picture message on a sim that has a £0 spend cap in place?
How has this happened? And how do I get that back?
Also, it looks like all data has been reset on all the sims today (as it should) except one is showing 0GB available.
Any help would be appreciated

You'll have to call Sky on 150 to discuss.
I would recommend disabling MMS on your devices as an extra fail safe.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
