Calls come up ‘Number does not exist’ and Mobile Data not working
Hiya
At the start of September I moved to the Republic of Ireland from the UK. Firstly, I have 2 iPhones (one Personal and the other for Work), both with Sky and both were getting used as a hotspot (both Unlimited Data). The first 3 weeks everything was working ok until the last week of September, my personal phone started acting up. Data's not working, I can't send texts but I do receive some and others take a while to come through, and every number I try to ring it says 'Number does not exist'. I have tried every troubleshooting guide, I rang in and the technician did everything he could with me, I've had a replacement SIM and it's still not working. My work phone is completely fine.
One guy over the phone mentioned the Fair Usage Policy, he said services may have been blocked but what I don't understand is that my work phone hasn't been blocked off, and I've used more data on that phone compared to my personal one? So they cut off one but not the other? Personal phone has used 67GB roaming while my Work phone is currently at 153GB roaming and still working? This doesn't include UK Data.
Kinda feels like I'm going around it circles at this point with people over the phone too, like I've done something on my end to have this happen instead of just actually helping me fix the problem on there end, very frustrating.
