Spam calls

I dont have many people on my contacts. I got home and I had 2 calls from this number similar to my own, ie similar start. I blocked the number as I couldn't recognise it. 

I then got 5-6 calls from "No Caller ID". I answered one, and they said "Why have you rang me?"

 

I hung up, and ignored the next calls. They then contacted me on WhatsApp so I blocked them on there. 

I haven't made any calls today, proof in my call log history. They have continually rang me. 

I feel it is a scam, but also I am worried I'll be harassed in some way. Has anyone had something similar happen? I imagine they won't call me again but it has got me worried.

If these calls are coming from the same number each time and yiu have blocked them then they will not get through to you anymore, same with Whatsapp.
