Sky sim won’t activate
I recently ordered a new sim for my sons phone. I received it a couple days ago and have been trying to activate it multiple times now. Everytime it says 'unable to activate sim'
thought the app/website could be down, be cleared cookies ect and still not working. Any help?
just to confirm, it's for a new number not switching numbers over ect. Brand new sim, new number ect, so should just activate.

Hi @Samanthaxoxo if you give sky a call from your sky sim on 150 they will try and activate it for you or get a replacement sent out.
