I have been with sky mobile for over three months with two SIM cards, iPad and iPhone 13 pro.
I have rolled my data between SIM cards which works fine.
I know other people have raised this issue and I can't seem to find the solution as ever since I've had sky mobile I have always had the message ...Sorry, we can't load your Piggybank rewards at the moment.
Any help would be awesome :). Thanks
