Something one problem with my swap !

sorry, hi, I'm Jefferson, I don't want to swap for my iPhone 13, it's not good, I have the 11 pro graphite, I think that's not going to interest you, let's leave it with the normal contract for the new iPhone 15 pro Max, that's fine, and sorry for the inconvenience.

That appears to be part of a conversation but it's your first post on the Community. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is primarily a customer to customer forum.

@Jeffersonm27  You are not addressing sky directly by posting here as we are primarily a customer helps customer forum 

 

if you have initiated a swap and want to cancel it you need to call sky directly 


Click on the need more help drop down at the very bottom of the link below to reveal an 0333 number if your in uk

If in ROI using the same link change the flag in bottom right hand corner and refresh the link before following above instructions to reveal an 0818 number

or if you have sky mobile/talk call 150

If you were talking to Sky then to continue the conversation you will need to call them on 150 from your mobile.
