You can only return a device if you have changed your mind if you have had the device for 31 days or less so if this is the case you will need to call Sky so they can arrange the return for you.

If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.
