Hi, sky's mobile data has been so slow these past days. I've called sky customer service but the network is still poor. What happens if I cancel my sky subscription and not pay the early termination fee? Or is it possible to cancel without paying any fee since its the network that has a problem? Thank you

Find out moreIf you only have a sim then you can't cancel until you have been paying for it for 12 months or more although there is nothing from stopping you asking Sky to see what they say. If you also have a device then it is unlikely Sky will let you out of your credit agreement unless you agree to pay for whatever you owe for the device in full.

Hi, thank you for your response. I only have the sim. I am new to the country so I am not quite familiar of the process. If I call sky and tell them about the recurring issue and insist on having the plan cancelled and not paying any termination fee because the problem is on their end, will it be a red flag on my end?
