Slow Signal & Mobile Data Issues

Hi, my signal and mobile data have recently become very slow and are cutting off frequently. This has noticeably gotten worse over the past few weeks and it’s affecting my ability to use my phone properly.

 

I’m paying for a service that isn’t working as expected, so could you please check for any issues in my area or with my account?

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

It may disclose a nearby mast issue. In case you aren't aware Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix.
