Sky
I was on holiday payments but they have still banned my calls from coming through I have no way of contacting sky to talk about this

Do you mean a payment holiday for your mobile? How long have you had it?

You can't 'extend' it. If you've already requested a payment holiday, you can only apply for another one if it's in the next 12-month period. For example, if you requested one in your first 1 - 12 months, you can't request another one until the next 12 months period of 13 - 24 months etc.

@Courtney159 The payment holiday only applies to the device payments, if you have also stopped paying the bill for your sim then your service will be suspended.
