Can not make data calls or texts

I have paid my bill, I am up to date. But can not make phone calls, or send texts. 
data will not work outside of WiFi

Were you previously behind on payments resulting in your mobile services being restricted?

So if your services were restricted due to non payment (which I think is what you're confirming) Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what they believe is owed and set up a new continuous payment method.

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well.

I have paid bill in full and changed payment details so there on there. Still no luck. I can't ring sky either because I can't call out.

When did you pay your outstanding amount as you need to wait for the payment to clear into Skys account which isn't instant?
