Sky won't reactivate SIM

Hello, I lost my phone last week and deactivated SIM. I've contacted Sky four times, they said they'd activate it again yet have failed to do so over the past week. They ditch any calls I make via my PC. Any advice?

Are you saying your now want this sim reactivated or the phone itself ?

Hi @Neckodermus  if you have received a new sim you should be able to activate it online yourself in your account.
