Sky uselss

Sky virtual assistant absolute rubbish

 

Data rollover stealing my balance without notice or consent

 

Bill wrong as agreed monthly ohone bill being overdebited

 

Sky are the worst organisation for customer support and stealing clients money

@TJ97  Data is only stored for 12 months anything older than this is now deleted 

 

This change was communicated in April 24 but only came into force on June 4th this year

So after 04/06/25 any data older than 12 months was removed as per the new Sky Mobile Piggybank T's and C's. Data in your Piggybank used to last for 3 years. It's now 12 months. So now at each billing date any data then over 12 months old is removed. Your bill should show this transaction.

 

Customers were made aware of this change in the April 2024 price change letters/emails but it's only come into effect this year which may be why quite a few customers have forgotten about it.
