Never received my Phones

I ordered sim contracts and phones for myself and my wife earlier in the week. 
They were supposed to be delivered on Wednesday 17th Dec. 

DPD delivery guy delivered the wrong package. 
Instead of a re-attempt, he sent the sky packages back to sky. 
On my sky app it says the packages have been delivered. But on DPD it says they've been received back at Hinckley by Sky. 
However, nobody knows where my phones are now, I've been calling Sky for 3 days now and they have no update whatsoever and can't say if and when my issue will be resolved as my devices are still showing as delivered on my account. 
what can I do at this point ? Will I ever get my devices ?

I would suggest putting in a complaint by filling in this form and include the cracking information in it:

https://www.sky.com/help/complaints

This might not be a speedy process as Sky then has 8 weeks to either resolve this issue for you or to issue you with a deadlock letter that will allow you to take it further. If they haven't already Sky will contact DPD about this so they should get back to you but when that will be nobody will be able to say,

Possibly yes you will but once this has been resolved they should credit you back for the period you have had no phone.
