Sky unable to provide PAC code as verification code not coming through

I have been trying to get a PAC code from Sky Mobile for the past 10 days!! It should take 2 hrs max apparently according to Offcom.
The verification code that they need to send to the mobile phone to be moved away from Sky is not coming through.  I have been told the issue needs to be resolved by the PAC Tech Team but I am still waiting for them to get in touch to sort this out.  Have chased Sky Mobile 4 times now and I have put in a complaint but this has basically been ignored.   It is frustrating beyond beleif!!!
Has anyone had a similar issues? Or knows if there is anything else I can do/try?

If you have put in a complaint then Sky has 8 weeks to resolve it or issue you with a deadlock letter which will allow you to take it further.
