Hi there, do you know roughly how long does it take to have a payout from sky trade in after you sent the device?
I sent everything ont he 25th of October and they received on 28th of October. I'm trying to contact them by email but there is no answer and no phone number I can call!!!
any suggestion?

Hi there, thank you for
your response. It's been 3 weeks now and no answer from them. Is it normal that they don't reply to email? I also sent a special delivery letter asking for clarification about the trade in devices but they are not replying.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Pollo2016 sky don't respond to emails from customers. You could try calling on 150 and ask them about it, other than that I can't think of anything else other than a formal complaint but I would try calling them first.

Hi again, so I phoned them and they told me that they don't deal with Sky Trade in. They suggested me to contact them through email (which I did but they don't answer). Do you know if there is a direct number to use? Or a way to formally complain?

Same problem here, sent my phone on the 25th of November and it was received on the 26th of November. I keep receiving emails from Sky saying I didn't sent my phone yet. The phone was sent on the free postage pack provided by Sky and when I compare the label that was sent to my email and the label that was in the postage pack, the tracking number and IP are different, what a mess of a service, just hope that I don't lose my phone and the money they said that they would pay for the phone.
