Hi there, do you know roughly how long does it take to have a payout from sky trade in after you sent the device?
I sent everything ont he 25th of October and they received on 28th of October. I'm trying to contact them by email but there is no answer and no phone number I can call!!!

any suggestion?

Hi @Pollo2016 normally 2-3 weeks but could be longer at busy periods such as new iPhone release.
