Sky swap out what a con

I was asked in August if I would like to swap my Samsung S21 FE for a Samsung s25. I was told that my account for old phone would be wiped and I would have a new phone (s25). I agreed to this. I sent the phone back via 48hr Royal Mail service. The phone has been received and despite numerous emails, phone calls, messages, I am still being billed for a phone I returned. How do I get this sorted? I'm paying well over the odds for two phones.

Do you have the tracking details for the phone returned, if so you could call Sky to see if they are able to update the status of it for you once they see it has been sent back.
