Having problem getting refund

I was offered a mobile and tablet and earbuds deal which promptly arrived ... phone was faulty .. so i was sent a replacement and tablet and earbuds and then another phone and tablet was delivered .. so now I have had 3 phones and 3 tablets and 2 earbuds ... after lots of phone calls and messing about .. I have managed to return ... 2 phones ... 2 tablets and 1 earbuds .. however I have had the full amount for all items taken from my bank and can't get a refund also next month showing full amount again .... what can I do ... help

I would register a complaint as this shouldn't really be that difficult you would have thought for someone to sort out for you:
