Sky sim

I've brought and phone and sim contract unfortunately in my area I get no signal with sky sim so I'm using my old sim, how do I change my plan so I'm only paying for the phone and cancel the sim?

If you haven't activated the Sky sim then it will be cancelled by Sky after 30 days and you will not be charged for it. If you have activated it then you will need to call Sky, 150 is the number from a Sky sim or Sky Talk landline phone.
