I can not make any calls while in North Cyprus.

Your post isn't the first time this has come up in North Cyprus as you can see here and here so have you tried searching for other networks to see if your phone will connect and work ?

I have tried changing providers and non of them work I can send messages and receive calls but can not make any calls. The spend cap has been removed but I still can not make calls I can only make calls through the Wi-Fi
