Sky sent 2 phones, and its impossible to contact sky

I ordered the new Iphone Air on the launch weekend, and 2 arrived

 

Contacted sky via chat and they said they would sort it 

 

Got an email that they tried to call me (rubbish - unless their bad signal prevented the call) , and would send a box to return the extra phone

 

why dont sky give contact details, the box has not arrived, I am not sending back my old phone till this is sorted out as I dont know If I used the correct phone of the 2 -  and they may block it 

 

Tried for 10 mins now to use the AI chat which just takes me in loops sending me here, where I told It I have a ref from the email, asked to speak to a human and it refused

 

I am keeping this all as evidence , looking online as long as I attempted to return the phone I am good

 

Does anyone know how to speak to a human at Sky?

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.

thanks, ill give it a go after work, I cant sit on hold on personal stuff at work

gave it a try now and managed to get through

 

Agent could not understand what I was asking as the system did not show 2 Iphone Air's , I offered the reference number multiple times and they did not want it. 

 

So I think they have now organised a return box for my actual phone that I want to keep , 🤣

 

Murpheys law in a few months once that is returned, the original people sending the duplicate phone box will contact me asking where it is, and there will be issues

 

Is there a consumer rights body who would deal with issues like this?
