Sky scam

Upfront fee not refunded when sky cancelled order. £122.50 been chasing a refund for 30days and still nothing. Awful service terrible customer service and still no response to a refund other than wait another 3-5 days each time I request refund. Still haven't recieved a penny of my money back!!

Was this a mobile device that you ordered and then was cancelled due to probably a failed credit check, if it was the the refund should be automatically refunded within about 14 days so as it has been longer than this then I would put in a complaint:

Yes. Apparently I took a contract in 2022 with them. I did not. But they can't tell me what the item I took out was. So they cancelled because of that. I've tried making complaints to no response and still no refund. So thought I would see if anyone else is having the same issue
