This is my second time ordering via sky mobile. First time i ordered a macbook air and despite stating on the website delivery would be next day if ordered that day, it went onto back order straight away and i had to wait 3 weeks. My Ipad broke last week and i placed an order for a Ipad Air 13 inch. Again it stated the delivery was next day. Guess what?! Been just over a week now and still no ipad to be seen! It is beyond a joke! I tried on Friday to cancel my order and go elsewhere to be told i am not allowed to cancel as the order has went to the fufillment team. The lack of communication from sky is ridiculous also! I really have no patience for this!
